Eligible unused physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging when applicable. Please contact us before sending a return.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom embroidery, personalized items, monogrammed items, and other made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error in the approved personalization or embroidery.

Digital Goods

All digital goods are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once purchased or delivered, except where required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by 2B1P or a defective item. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
